Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with a kettle as well as soap and got it upon arrival. Also, location was unbeatable and magnificent, close to a large shopping mall.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Had a really nice stay here during our new year. Enjoyed Manila, the hotel was comfortable to the shopping centre. The room was new-fashioned and bright, complete with aircon, a queen size bed. A soap and towels were available there.

The room was great value for money and brand-new with climate control, flat-screen television and a safe box.

Had a blast with my friends! We loved exploring the nearby Rizal Park and indulging in delicious food at the local eateries. The room was spacious enough for us to relax after our adventures. Just a heads up, be prepared for extra parking fees and no complimentary slippers.

Hot water in the shower was nonexistent, leading to an uncomfortable experience. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room, difficult to store drinks or snacks. I had to pay for using an iron, and cable TV frequently glitched. The walls were paper-thin, allowing me to hear every NBA discussion from next door, which can be distracting as a solo traveler.

The Standard Twin Room was clean with a luggage rack, open cabinet, and free toiletries like soap and shampoo. The staff were really friendly, especially the doorman. Access to the spa and wellness center was nice for some relaxation after a long day.
